Increase adoption and sales of Intel’s micro-processors by targeting young “makers” and enabling them with learning experiences.

In partnership, Intel’s innovation team and Make: set forth to create and launch a community and learning platform to activate young makers around the world.

Concept

Make complex circuitry courses simple, clear and fun to use. We came up with an immersive and interactive learning experience by utilizing full screen deep dives with trigger animations to highlight complex concepts upon click.

Results

  • Released proof of concept in 2 months.

  • 87% click-through-rate to Make:’s e-commerce store boosting typical conversion rates by 12% at launch.

  • Garnered new partnership interest within the first month resulting in $1M+ content deals.

  • Spurred the creation of a new product line for Make:; how-to kits with online learning courses.
